Transformer integral molding capsule
Transformer capsule is mainly used to prevent direct contact between transformer oil and air, slow down the deterioration of oil, and play the role of isolation and protection. The transformer capsule adapts to the volume change of transformer oil caused by thermal expansion and contraction through breathing, and plays the role of compensation volume. The performance and quality of the transformer capsule is extremely important for the safe operation of the transformer. Integral molded capsules are widely used in the world by virtue of their reasonable structure, excellent performance, stable quality and long service life. Almost all projects of 500kV and above in China use integral molded capsules. Since the 1990 s, my country's overall molded capsules have relied on imports, which not only cost high, but also have a long delivery period, which has been subject to people for a long time. In 2015, Shire developed an integral molding capsule and obtained an invention patent, becoming the first manufacturer in China and the third in the world to master this technology.
