1, the oil level is more accurate

The end cover of the oil-type oil conservator in the capsule is designed with a transparent window to observe the internal state of the oil conservator. The oil collecting cup is designed at the bottom, which can realize leakage monitoring of the oil conservator, make leakage detection more timely and more friendly to operation and maintenance work.

1, no ripple "high positive pressure" harm
The capsule is a soft material, which does not produce positive pressure on the transformer during operation, has no effect on the safe operation of the pressure relief valve and gas relay, and has no effect on the sealing structure.

The capsule is a fiber-reinforced elastomer material, which is most suitable for "breathing" movement, and does not have the problem of jamming due to the inconsistency of the expansion and contraction of the corrugated joint.
3, no ripple "hydrogen evolution" problem
The capsule is made of rubber (nitrile, propylene, fluorine rubber, etc.), which has good compatibility with transformer oil and will not precipitate hydrogen like stainless steel materials, which will bring potential safety hazards.
4, the effective supplement volume is large
The effective supplementary volume of the oil-type oil conservator in the capsule is about 90% of the cabinet body, and there is no problem of inconvenient installation.
5, operation and maintenance replacement is more convenient
