On April 11, 2018, the transformer of 500kV Gu Lu substation of Shanghai Power Supply Bureau suddenly failed, and the capsule was damaged and needed to be replaced. Gu Lu Station is the second 500kv large-scale hub substation in eastern Shanghai, which undertakes the important task of solving the "power shortage" for Shanghai. The owner requires that the emergency repair be completed within 72 hours and the power supply be restored.
