Transformer capsule is mainly used to prevent direct contact between transformer oil and air, slow down the deterioration of oil, and play the role of isolation and protection. The transformer capsule adapts to the volume change of transformer oil caused by thermal expansion and contraction through breathing, and plays the role of compensation volume. In 2015, Shire developed an integral molding capsule and obtained an invention patent, becoming the first manufacturer in China and the third in the world to master this technology.
Capsule oil conservator is a new type of oil conservator developed by Shire on the basis of absorbing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional capsule oil conservator and corrugated oil conservator, relying on its own capsule technology and through structural innovation. With its leading performance and excellent quality, it has been favored by power grid companies and transformer factories. In 2022, the China Machinery Federation's appraisal of the new product of the capsule oil conservator will be the international leader.
Blocking System of Valve Hall in Converter Station
China has built the world's largest DC transmission system, and the valve hall of the converter station is the core of the system. Since 2016, there have been many fire accidents in China, and the traditional valve hall casing blocking (single-layer rock wool board structure) has become the weak link for fireworks to enter the valve hall. In 2018, Shire responded to the requirements of the two networks and took the lead in developing a SPS-V5 converter station blocking system (anti-explosion and fire-resistant separation structure), which was widely used in engineering. In 2023, WorldWare introduced the SPS-V9 system (anti-explosion and fire-resistant integrated structure), once again promoting the progress of the industry.
Transformer Vibration and Noise Reduction Solution
The noise emission of energy system has become an important factor of urban noise pollution. Shire's transformer vibration and noise reduction solution uses high-performance cork rubber damping materials to enhance the dissipation effect of system vibration energy and place the disturbance frequency of the system in an isolated area, thereby effectively reducing the structural noise of the equipment.
